AFTER-SALES SUPPORT POLICY

Voltnation Electrical Pte. Ltd. remains committed to providing reasonable post-completion support for works performed within the agreed contractual scope.

All post-completion site attendances shall be assessed and classified by the Company based on the nature of the reported issue.

1. TYPES OF SERVICE ATTENDANCE

Post-completion attendance may fall under the following categories:

1.1 Warranty Rectification

Attendance relating to verified defects directly attributable to workmanship within the valid warranty period.

Such rectification works shall be carried out at no additional labour charge, subject to warranty eligibility and compliance with access requirements.

1.2 Chargeable Service Call

Attendance arising from situations including but not limited to:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Customer operational issues
  • Circuit overloading or appliance misuse
  • Third-party modification or interference
  • Equipment incompatibility or downstream failure
  • Non-workmanship related troubleshooting
  • Advisory inspections or performance tuning

Reasonable inspection, transport, manpower, and rectification charges shall apply.

1.3 Emergency Attendance

Urgent requests involving power failure, tripping, safety concerns, burning smell, water ingress near electrical systems, or similar risks.

Emergency attendance may be prioritised subject to manpower availability and may attract premium service charges.

2. WARRANTY ELIGIBILITY ASSESSMENT

The Company reserves the sole right to determine whether an issue qualifies as a workmanship defect under warranty.

Technical findings issued by Voltnation Electrical Pte. Ltd. following inspection shall be deemed conclusive unless independently disproven by a Licensed Electrical Worker or Professional Engineer appointed and paid by the Customer.

3. SERVICE CALL CHARGES

Where the issue is determined not to be warranty-related, the following may apply:

  • Site inspection fee
  • Transportation and mobilisation fee
  • Labour charges
  • Equipment testing charges
  • Temporary reinstatement or safety measures

Charges shall be communicated prior to commencement of rectification works where reasonably practicable.

4. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Customers shall ensure:

  • Safe and timely site access
  • Removal of obstructions where necessary
  • Compliance with recommended electrical loading practices
  • Proper use and maintenance of electrical installations

Failure to comply may result in suspension of warranty obligations or additional service charges.

5. THIRD-PARTY & DOWNSTREAM ISSUES

Voltnation Electrical Pte. Ltd. shall not be responsible for:

  • Faulty appliances
  • Smart system configuration issues
  • Solar / EV charger integration problems
  • Voltage fluctuation from external power supply
  • Renovation damage by other trades
  • Distribution board modifications by third parties

Attendance for such matters shall be chargeable.

6. GOODWILL ATTENDANCE

From time to time, the Company may choose to provide advisory or minor rectification assistance as a gesture of goodwill.

Such assistance shall not constitute admission of liability, extension of warranty, or creation of any future service obligation.

7. SERVICE SCHEDULING

Service attendance shall be arranged within reasonable operational timelines.

Immediate attendance cannot be guaranteed unless classified as emergency and manpower is available.

8. RIGHT TO REVISE

Voltnation Electrical Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to revise this After-Sales Service Policy in line with operational, technical, or regulatory requirements.
